[u]The file farmat of certificate is .cer[/u] .Goto web-settings-security settings-certificates-user certificates and then 2)go up,click options-use.mark them all.Follow step 2 again and again until you find that the three options are in grey.Oh,and when it says save changes? Say yes.Then try doing what you wanted.
